If you are a young person who has recently completed your school education or are an upcoming summer leaver, why not attend the Moving On youth recruitment event delivered in partnership by Aberdeen City Council and Skills Development Scotland.
With employers and training providers representing a variety of industries and pathways to employment set to attend, this is a fantastic opportunity to explore your options and begin to make informed choices about your future. There will be a variety of live opportunities to apply for with the event in previous years seeing young people successfully recruited as employees, apprentices, trainees and enrolled in education and vocational training programmes. There is such a range of options that you’re sure to find one that suits you best.
The event will take place on the 29th of March at the Town House which can be accessed at the corner of Broad Street and Union Street. The event is available to young people with additional support needs who would like to attend a quieter session between 1pm and 1.30pm and opens to all young people between 1.30pm and 7pm. Parents, guardians and other responsible adults are also welcome to attend.
